Shipping Policy

The Short Version

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Orders ship from our San Antonio, Texas warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3-7 business days. We ship internationally to most countries.


Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM Central Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends and U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

During peak periods (holiday season, product launches, sales events), processing may take 2-3 business days. We'll send a tracking email as soon as your order ships.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping

Free U.S. ground shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax). Discount applied automatically at checkout.

Paid shipping

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Typical rates:

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We ship to all 50 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories are typically 5-10 business days. The free shipping threshold still applies.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. APO/FPO orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS, UPS, and DHL. International rates are calculated at checkout.

These are estimates only. Delivery times depend on the destination country's customs processing, which we cannot control.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Contact your local customs office for an estimate before placing an order.

If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay customs fees, the package will be returned or destroyed at the carrier's discretion. We are unable to refund shipping costs or customs fees in those cases.

Restricted countries

We don't currently ship to countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions or where shipping our products is restricted by U.S. or destination-country law. If you can't complete checkout to your country, that's likely why.


Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Click the tracking link to follow your package. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder, then email orders@outlawsandgents.com.


Shipping Addresses

You're responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. We are unable to redirect packages after they've shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email orders@outlawsandgents.com right away. We'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Marked as delivered but missing

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. Wait 24-48 hours, check with neighbors and your building's front desk or mailroom, then email orders@outlawsandgents.com and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product
  2. Email orders@outlawsandgents.com within 7 days of delivery with the photos
  3. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your package has been in transit for an unusually long time (more than 14 business days domestically, or 30 business days internationally), email us. We'll file a lost-package claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or refund you in full.


Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly — usually within hours. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships. Email orders@outlawsandgents.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can return it for a full refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.


Wholesale and Backbar Orders

Wholesale orders ship via your account's preferred method or carrier. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders unless specified in your wholesale agreement. Typical processing time for wholesale orders is 2-3 business days. Bulk backbar orders (32oz refills) may have additional handling time.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • Countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions
  • Freight-forwarder addresses (in some cases, due to fraud-prevention rules)
  • Locations where our products are prohibited by local law

If we can't fulfill your order due to a shipping restriction, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.


Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in U.S. states where required by law, based on your shipping address. The applicable tax is shown at checkout.


Carrier Holidays

We don't ship on U.S. federal holidays. Carrier services may also be limited or delayed around major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). Plan ahead for holiday gifts — we'll post shipping cutoff dates each November on the Site.
